Other than the board being an absolute beast, the OMW team has been absolutely delightful to work with. They have been more than helpful and available to me when I broke my lights and needed replacement parts. They were helpful and available when I was assembling the board, and even made a phone call from China to brief me on any questions I had. I would say that the staff has gone above and beyond the call of duty and beat the standard of modern businesses. Hands down 5 stars. Money well spent and the price is reasonable. I can tell that they will have my back for years to come.
This board is awesome…. Rides like a Cadillac and is super fast. Looks really epic too with Mad / CNC trucks.Also worth noting- OMW Electric Skateboard customer service has been excellent during the whole process! My original CNC version board got stuck in customs, so they went the extra mile to get me a forged version instead and expedited the upgraded parts separately, so I could have my board before it got too cold outside. Thanks again
Thanks for the prompt response!I troubleshooted a little and ended up reconnecting the remote to the board and cleared app cache and I was able to turn on the lights on. Your customer service is above and beyond!!Have a happy holiday season and happy new year!
Reagarding customer service it was a rewarding experience, starting from the email asking about ordering to Portugal wich i thought wouldnt be possible and the extra mile they put in to make it possible, the continuos information sent about the tracking, and the availability and quickness to fullfill any doubt or question i had.
Great customer service and excellent with follow up. Before buying the board, I emailed the company about whether or not the board had sufficient power to go uphill for a guy who weight almost 240 lbs. Within a few hours they shot a video with drone footage to prove their point and then did another follow up video and used one of their colleague who weighs 265 lbs.
Great service and products. Bought belts as spares. I’m amazed at the build quality and speed of this board. Highly recommend the cavalry. Handles beautifully and the power is insane. Happy boarding.
