RETURN:
At OMW, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free experience. If you have purchased our electric skateboard and found yourself dissatisfied, you have the option to request a return within 7 days of purchase, as long as the skateboard has not been ridden for more than 10 miles or 16km. At this moment, Hassle-free 7-day return policy is only applied to orders within the continental USA.
*Please note:
- Orders shipped from the Chinese factory and custom orders are not eligible for the Hassle-free 7-day return policy.
- Clearance items are not eligible for the Hassle-free 7-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:
1. Original Packaging and Condition: The skateboard and all included items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
2. Condition for Resale: The returned skateboard must be in a condition suitable for resale. This means it must be free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage that would interfere with our ability to sell it to another customer.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the package to protect against damage or loss during transit, as you will be responsible for any such issues.
4. Processing Fee: A 6% processing fee, imposed by our service providers, will be deducted from your refund.
Once you have confirmed the above information, please send the following details to support@omwboards.com:
1. Order number;
2. The email used for purchasing;
3. Video should be provided to prove the functional integrity and usability of the returned board;
4. Images or videos of products and intact packaging.
Please note that the parts order does not qualify for the return policy due to international delivery considerations.
If the return is caused by the customer, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to OMW reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
REFUND:
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund process will begin. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the refund amount will be your paid amount minus a 6% processing charge imposed by our service providers. Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund process to be completed.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion, you may request an order cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped. A 6% processing charge imposed by our service providers will be deducted from the refund before issuance.
- Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped. Sometimes, the warehouse processes orders even if you have not been notified, and they cannot be withdrawn.
