At OMW, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

Return Policy 

If you are not fully satisfied with your OMW electric skateboard, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The skateboard has not been ridden for more than 10 miles (16 km)
  • The return request applies to orders within the continental USA.

Return Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Original Packaging: The skateboard and all accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged.
  2. Resalable Condition: Returned items must be free of wear, scratches, or any signs of use that would affect resale value.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and is encouraged to insure the package against loss or damage during transit.
  4. Return Address: 19465 E Walnut Dr N, City of Industry, CA, 91789. Kindly note that any returns not authorized by OMW will not be accepted or processed.
  5. Processing Fee: A 6% processing fee (imposed by our payment service providers) will be deducted from the refund. A 15%–30% restocking fee and the cost of any damaged or missing parts will be deducted if the returned product does not meet the return requirements.

How to Initiate a Return

Once you have confirmed that your order qualifies, please email OMW Support Team 

with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A clear video helps us confirm that the product meets the return requirements and is in resalable condition. The video should clearly show:

    • The front and back of the skateboard, ensuring there are no visible scratches, cracks, or damage
    • The odometer or mileage display, confirming the skateboard has not been used more than 10 miles (16 km) or has not been used at all
    • Any close-up images or videos that help verify the board’s overall condition and full functionality
  • Clear photos or videos showing the skateboard and all included parts are in their original, intact packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Boards received more than 7 days after delivery, or the skateboard has been ridden for more than 10 miles (16 km)
  • Orders shipped outside the continental USA
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance items
  • Individual parts, due to international shipping limitations

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus applicable fees:

  • The return shipping cost (if prepaid by us)
  • 6% processing charge imposed by our service providers
  • A 15%-30% restocking fee and any cost of damaged or missing parts if the returned product does not meet the return requirements.

Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund process to be completed.

Order Cancellation Policy 

  • You may request an order cancellation if your order has not yet shipped. A 6% processing fee (charged by payment service providers) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please note that warehouses may process orders before shipment notifications are sent, and such orders cannot be withdrawn once in transit. 

Order Change

Customers may request an address change before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, address modifications will no longer be permitted. If a customer modifies the delivery address without OMWs authorization, any resulting costs or delivery issues will be solely the customer’s responsibility.

Note: Refusing delivery is not allowed. Any costs resulting from refusal or incorrect address will be fully borne by the customer. If a refused shipment is lost, the customer will be responsible for the loss.
