Super Cavalry Board enjoys a 12-month warranty, including truck, remote, battery, ESC, and motors.
The following situations and components are not covered under warranty:
- Wear-and-tear items that naturally deteriorate over time, including bearings, belts, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape, and wheels.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents, such as riding in wet conditions, dropping the board, or improper handling.
- Super Cavalry is rated IP56, offering protection from light splashes and dust under normal conditions. However, riding through puddles, heavy rain, or immersing the board in water may cause moisture to enter the electronics and lead to permanent damage. Riding on wet surfaces is unsafe and increases the risk of slipping during acceleration, braking, or turning. If water enters the board, the inspection label inside will turn red.
- Man-made damage, including modifications, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the user manual, as well as negligent use (for example, prolonged high-power riding without timely recharging).
- Any modified, poorly maintained, or improperly assembled eboards or DIY key parts (battery, ESC, motors, etc.) will have their warranty voided.
- The warranty covers replacement of defective parts only, not a new E-skateboard replacement.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Second-hand boards are not eligible for warranty service.
