Shipping from Local Warehouses for In-stock Models:

  • Cavalry with CNC DKP trucks & 2 IN 1 wheels (175mm pneumatic wheels + 105mm MAD Wheelz V2)
  • Hussar with CNC DKP trucks & 150mm pneumatic wheels
  • Hussar with forged DKP trucks & 150mm pneumatic wheels (limited stock in US)

*Note: If you would like Hussar with CNC trucks & 2 IN 1 wheels, the board standard with 150mm wheels can be delivered directly from the local warehouse, and the additional wheels will be shipped from OMW factory (delivered within 7-14 working days).

International Shipping from OMW Factory:

If products are not in stock locally, or there is no local warehouse delivering to the region, international shipping will be available. The international shipping cost will be shown at check-out. In most cases, taxes are covered by OMW Boards. For certain countries where duties are required, we will advise in advance.

If your country/region can't be found at checkout, please feel free to contact us, OMW Support Team will provide you with service on a case-by-case basis.

Component orders or separated parts from board order are mostly shipped from OMW factory in China (generally will be delivered in 7-14 business days). Customs tariffs may be applied according to local regulations.

 

Order Processing Details:

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

How can I confirm my order and get the tracking number?

Once successfully place orders, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

You will receive another email with the tracking number 2-5 days after your order is shipped out.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be updated in the system. Please click here to track your parcel.

Why there is no update on my tracking number?

For international delivery, this situation happens before your parcel arrives in your country. The tracking number will be updated after it is picked up by the local courier.

Why is the shipment delayed?

The shipping times may be affected by weather and other factors, potentially causing unforeseen delays. We aim to continue providing reliable and efficient shipping services while adapting to these external variables.

Do I need a signature on delivery?

Yes, we prioritize the protection of your valuable purchase and want to provide you with peace of mind throughout the shipping process. When your electric skateboard is delivered, the carrier will require a signature from you or an authorized adult at the delivery address. This helps us ensure that your package reaches you without any issues.

If you find it difficult for a signature on delivery, please leave us a note when adding to the cart. 

You could also contact OMW customer support team at sales@omwboards.com to request signature waiver within 1-2 days of placing your order to ensure there is enough time to change it with the carrier before the board is shipped out.
