Confirm your board model and wheel size before ordering.
This wheel set is designed specifically for OMW Cavalry and Hussar.
Choose 150mm or 175mm based on your current setup and desired ride height. -
Check belt and pulley compatibility.
- OMW Cavalry / Hussar uses 335-5M belt + 55T pulley
- OMW Cavalry / Hussar uses 355-5M belt + 60T CNC alloy pulley
Make sure your existing belts/pulleys match, or purchase the matching set. -
Install bearings carefully.
Bearings are pre-installed in wheels and pulleys, but handle them gently during assembly to avoid damage. -
Check wheel rotation and alignment.
After installation, spin each wheel to ensure it rotates freely without rubbing against the deck, motor mounts, or belt guards. -
Inflate tires to the recommended pressure.
Use a standard bike pump and inflate to the recommended PSI:
- 150mm wheels: 30 PSI
- 175mm wheels: 36 PSI
Avoid over-inflation. -
Re-tighten after first ride.
After your first 10–20 km of riding, re-check all screws and axle nuts to ensure nothing has loosened. -
Regular maintenance.
Periodically check tire pressure, wheel bearings, and belt tension for optimal performance and safety.
