Cavalry Deck vs. Hussar Deck
Cavalry uses a rigid battery enclosure, so it’s paired with a relatively more flexible deck. This design compensates for the limited flex of the battery enclosure, ensuring comfort during long rides.
By contrast, Hussar uses a flexible battery enclosure with a unique “Chain Whip” segmented battery design, allowing the deck’s natural flex to be transferred directly to the rider. For this reason, Hussar’s deck itself is stiffer than Cavalry’s.
👉 If you prefer a stiffer deck or your esk8 features a flexible or split battery enclosure, we recommend choosing Hussar deck.
